The creation of a common culture of resilience to conflicts and shared values around democracy and integrity in electoral processes is developed.

Furthermore, the projects aim at supporting advisory services and capacity development provided to the bodies in charge of elections, National Reconciliation, constitutionalism and Rule of law and the transitional justice process.

Advisory services and capacity development are provided to enhance women's, youth and other vulnerable groups' participation and in the peaceful management of diversity/ Experts are deployed to support the transitional process in the country
